Slovak Heritage Society to sponsor special songfest

The Slovak Heritage Society of Northeastern Pennsylvania will celebrate the feast of St. Nicholas with the singing of carols and sharing of Slovak Christmas memories at 2 p.m. on Dec. 2 in St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, 663 N. Main St., Wilkes-Barre. The public is invited to the special songfest. A Slovak hospitality will follow in the lower level of the church.
