Amy Arnott and Andrew C. Spencer III were united in marriage Sept. 15, 2012, in Shickshinny Park by Mayor Beverly Moore. Standing by their side were their two daughters, Morgan I. Spencer and Sophia G. Spencer.
The bride is the daughter of Charles Arnott, West Pittiston, Pa. She is the granddaughter of the late Alberta and Thomas Arnott, Plymouth, Pa.
The groom is the son of Bertha and Andrew C. Spencer Jr., Shickshinny, Pa. He is the grandson of the late Ruth Powlus, Nescopeck, Pa.; the late Andrew C. Spencer, Lake Silkworth, Pa.; and the late Rosie and Charles Noss, Shickshinny, Pa.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose her best friend, Jeanine Cassano, as her maid of honor. Morgan Spencer, daughter of the bride and groom, was a junior bridesmaid and Brittney Kruczek, niece of the groom, was a bridesmaid.
The groom chose his best friend, David Schuckers, as best man. Kevin Kruczek and Irving Wolfe III, nephews of the groom, were groomsmen. The flower girl was Sophia Spencer, daughter of the bride and groom. Landon Wrba, cousin of the groom, was the ring bearer.
A reception was held at the Shickshinny Fire Hall.
The bride graduated from Hanover Area High School in 2001 and Allied Medical in 2002.
The groom graduated from West Side Vo-Tech School in 1997. He is an assistant foreman at the Benton Foundry.
The couple would like to thank all who were there to share in there special day.
