Taxpayers present donation to Dog Squad

Wilkes-Barre City Taxpayers Association recently presented a donation to the Wyoming Valley Dog Squad Troop 221 for its pet oxygen mask fundraiser. The donation was in honor of the association's loyal pet companions.
