Veterans Day celebrated at Wyoming Valley West Middle School assembly

World War II, Korean and Vietnam veterans, members of the 109th Field Artillery and other active service members from the Navy, Army and Marines, Pennsylvania legislators and Wyoming Valley West administrators and teachers joined in a Wyoming Valley West Middle School assembly on Nov. 9 to celebrate Veterans Day. They were joined by the Spartan Singers carrying flags and led by a Color Guard in a procession while they sang patriotic songs. The theme of the day was ‘Let Freedom Ring.'
