Wilkes-Barre Twp. mayor honors veterans

Wilkes-Barre Township Mayor Carl Kuren honored three veterans from ‘The Greatest Generation' on Dec. 7, Pearl Harbor Day. Honorees were Paul Makuch, Walter Dorzinsky and Walter Olenick, who could not attend the official ceremony. Senator Lisa Baker presented each veteran with a special lapel pin and certificate.
