Wilkes men, women lose

ST. DAVID'S -- Wilkes women's basketball team fell to Eastern 57-42 on Wednesday in a Freedom Conference contest.

Chelsea Brown led Wilkes with 13 points and nine rebounds, while Elena Stambone chipped in nine points.

The Lady Colonels fell to 10-7 overall and 2-5 in conference play.

Wilkes' late rally attempt fell short at Eeastern in a Freedom Conference contest.

Tyler Breznitsky led Wilkes with 19 points, while Pat Furst followed with 18 points. Jim Brackett added 13 points and seven rebounds for the Colonels.
