The General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) Northeastern recently held an old-fashioned tea. Tables were set with china and linens and there was a buffet of finger sandwiches and desserts. The next meeting of the club will be at 7 p.m. on Monday at the Kingston Firehouse. It is the annual re-gift, renew, recycle program, where members are invited to bring unwanted new and gently used items for sale. Anyone interested in attending can call Chris Baron at 655-2475. Meeting hostesses at the tea, from left: Mary Ellen Petcavage; Marlene Mason; Peggy Sosnak, club president; Norma Blight; and Janet Hyatt.
