The Paul Harris Fellow Award, the most prestigious award of Rotary International, was recently presented by the Wyoming Rotary to Mark J. Sobeck, a 31-year member, from Harveys Lake. This is the second Paul Harris Award for Sobeck. The award consists of a pin with additional stones corresponding to the recipient's recognition amount level. It is given in appreciation of tangible and significant assistance for the furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations between people of the world. In making the award, the Wyoming Rotary Club donated $1,000 to the Rotary Foundation to be used to fund international and district projects.
