Wyoming Seminary students raise $2,000 for Candy‚??s Place

Students at Wyoming Seminary Upper School held fundraisers to benefit the projects and services of Candy's Place, a cancer wellness and resource center in Forty Fort. The students collected $2,000 from the sale of Breast Cancer Awareness Month T-shirts and pink shoelaces and dress-down days. The boys soccer team also wore the breast cancer awareness T-shirts while warming up before post-season competition. This is the fifth year that the Upper School community has held breast cancer-awareness and fund-raising activities.
