Gas prices have jumped across the board, with the exception of the area’s diesel prices falling a penny overnight.

AAA Mid-Atlantic provided the following figures for today’s average gas prices:

• Wilkes-Barre area gas average at $2.80 today, up two cents overnight and up two cent in the last week. Diesel at $3.20 today, down a penny overnight.

• Pennsylvania gas average at $2.87 today, up two cents overnight and up two cents in the last week. Diesel at $3.23 today, unchanged overnight.

• National gas average at $2.79 today, up three cents overnight and up three cents in the last week. Diesel at $2.87 today, unchanged overnight.
