WILKES-BARRE — A man was arrested after police deemed him to be a danger to himself.
According to police, Ronald Yale, 58, of Wilkes-Barre, said officers responded at 6:40 p.m. Feb. 11 to a domestic dispute on Scott Street. Yale was a party in the fight and police observed him to be visibly intoxicated in public to the degree he was a danger to himself. Police also considered him an annoyance to those the vicinity.
Charges were filed in District Court for public drunkenness.
