ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) — A Texas man has been ordered to serve 25 to 50 years in prison in the shooting death of a man in an eastern Pennsylvania condominium parking lot two years ago.

The (Allentown) Morning Call (http://bit.ly/2es7mfo ) reports that 26-year-old Alexander Brown pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and no contest to robbery Tuesday in Lehigh County Court.

Authorities said Brown shot 59-year-old Gary Wragg, a stranger, outside the Meadowyck complex in October 2014. Brown was arrested days later in Houston and officials said the murder weapon was found.

Authorities said the shooting occurred after Brown kidnapped his ex-girlfriend and 10-month-old son in Texas and took them to New York City. He was sentenced to 20 years in Texas in the kidnapping and will serve the Pennsylvania term after that.
