EXETER — Northeast Snacks has announced it will hold the second Middleswarth Potato Chip Eating Contest at noon Nov. 26 at Sabatini’s Bottleshop & Bar, 1901 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.

Contestants will be challenged to eat the greatest amount of chips, by weight, in five minutes. Participants can choose between barbecue flavored or plain chips.

Registration begins Nov. 4 at NEPAsnacks.com. Entry costs $20 and includes a T-shirt. Registration is limited to 20 entries, and a portion of proceeds will be donated to Candy’s Place Center for Cancer Wellness in Forty Fort.

The winner of the chip-eating contest receives an official “chip champ” trophy, a $25 Northeast Snacks gift certificate and ultimate bragging rights.
