DALLAS TWP. — A township man was jailed Thursday after authorities allegedly found hundreds of Xanax pills, marijuana and two firearms inside his residence on Freedman Avenue.

Adam John Sulewski, 29, was arrested when township police and the Luzerne County Drug Task Force served a search warrant and discovered approximately 450 Xanax pills, 17 grams of marijuana, scales, packaging materials and two handguns, officers report.

One of the handguns was loaded and under a pillow where Sulewski slept, authorities noted.

The search warrant was served after Sulewski allegedly sold Xanax pills at $7 apiece to an undercover officer on several occasions.

Sulewski was arraigned by District Judge Brian Tupper in Kingston Township on four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and a single count of criminal use of a communication facility.

He was jailed at the county correctional facility for lack of $25,000 bail.
