PHILADELPHIA (AP) — The Latest on perjury trial of Pennsylvania’s attorney general (all times local):

12:15 p.m.

The potential witness list in the perjury trial of Pennsylvania’s attorney general includes prosecutors, judges, journalists and former top aides to the embattled office holder.

Jurors are being questioned Monday for the expected weeklong trial of outgoing Attorney General Kathleen Kane. She is charged with leaking secret grand jury information to a reporter to embarrass enemies and then lying about it under oath.

Kane denies wrongdoing and says she’s just the latest victim of a “good old boys” network that controls state politics.

The witness list includes a Supreme Court justice and several top aides who stepped down or left Kane’s office amid her investigation of pornographic emails being sent on state servers. The witness list also includes the special prosecutor and special judge who oversaw the investigation of Kane.

About 150 potential jurors are set to arrive at a suburban Philadelphia courtroom as Pennsylvania’s attorney general trial in a perjury and obstruction case begins with jury selection.

Kathleen Kane remains on the job even though she lost her law license over the felony arrest.

She’s accused of leaking secret grand jury material to a newspaper to embarrass enemies and then lying about it under oath.

The 50-year-old Kane says she’s the victim of an “old boy’s network” that’s angry she exposed hundreds of offensive or pornographic emails found on state computer servers.

Her crusade cost two Supreme Court justices and many others their jobs. But the trial judge says the defense can’t bring it up at trial.

Kane was the first woman and first Democrat to be elected attorney general in Pennsylvania. She didn’t seek re-election this year.
