WILKES-BARRE — Loreen Mane, M.D., recently joined Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre as an anesthesiologist. She also specializes in critical care medicine.
Board certified in anesthesiology, Mane earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, Portsmouth, Domenica, West Indies, in 2009. She completed a residency at the University of Missouri, Columbia, Mo., in 2011, and a fellowship in Adult Combined Cardiothoracic Critical Care at the University of Florida, Gainesville, Fla., in 2016.
Prior to medical school, Mane earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Boston, in 2001. She served as a retail and clinical pharmacist for 11 years.
Mane holds membership in the American Society of Anesthesiology, the Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
In addition to English, Mane is fluent in Albanian.
