The Plymouth Historical Society sponsored the Time Capsule Banquet to celebrate Plymouth Borough’s 150th Anniversary. Proclamations were presented to Mayor Dorothy Petrosky by Senator John Yudichak, Jeffrey Hieshman, deputy executive director of Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs and from the office of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf. Mayor Petrosky recognized receipt of said Proclamations and presented them to citizens and council during the regular meeting held Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
