Ethan Connor Lloyd, son of Robert and Wendy Lloyd, Hazleton, is celebrating his first birthday today, Oct. 10. Ethan is the grandson of Nicholas and Gale Gagliardi, Hazleton; Mary Lloyd, Freeland; the late William Lloyd.
