Frank Golembeski, Jr., 49, of Milford, formerly of West Wyoming, died June 18, 2009, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, NY.
Born in Kingston, he was a son of the late Frank and Dorothy Davison Golembeski.
Surviving are a sister, Diane Golembeski, of Swoyersville; nieces, Tabitha and Madison; and several aunts; uncles; and cousins.
Funeral services were June 22 at the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Luzerne, with the Rev. Louis Falcone officiating. Interment Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas.
