EATON TWP. — State Police in Wyoming County say security cameras caught a man cutting the cable locking a mini dirt bike on the sidewalk outside the Tunkhannock Walmart, then showed him driving up in a Ford Explorer, loading the bike in the back and driving away.

The video shows the cables being cut around 7:40 a.m. Wednesday, police say. The suspect entered the store and at about 8:19 a.m. drove his silver SUV with a Pennsylvania registration to the fire lane next to the bike, Coleman 70cc, and put it inside. In the video, police say it appears the lower portion of the front Bumper is missing.
