WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Police are investigating a theft at the Walmart at the Wilkes-Barre Township Marketplace.
According to the police report:
At 1:50 p.m. Thursday, Walmart store security reported that an unknown female stole $181.22 worth of merchandise by going through the self-checkout lane and failed to scan 19 items, placing them into a shopping bag and exiting the store.
She left the parking lot in a grey Ford Focus; a registration number was provided.
