WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Police are investigating a report of a man that was allegedly struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart on Wednesday.
A man reported to police that he was struck by a dark colored SUV as he exited the store with a cart. The alleged impact knocked him and the cart to the ground, and the SUV allegedly fled the area.
Police said the man was treated at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center for minor injuries and later released.
Police said the incident is under investigation.
