WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Police said that a woman attempted to steal DVDs from Wal-Mart on Wednesday.
At 3:51 p.m., store security reported to police that a woman had concealed over $400 in DVDs and exited the store without paying. When she was stopped by security, the woman handed over the alleged stolen merchandise and fled the area on foot.
Police said they could not locate the woman.
