WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Police are searching for a woman that allegedly stole a bottle of alcohol from the Wine & Spirits.

Police said that at 11:50 a.m. Sunday, the manager for the store in Wilkes-Barre Township Marketplace reported that a woman concealed a bottle of Hennessy down the front of her pants and exited the store without making payment.

A surveillance photo of the suspect has been provided by police. Police said the woman who allegedly stole the bottle of alcohol is the one wearing a hat.

Anyone with information on the woman’s identity is asked to contact Patrolwoman Lee Ann Reh at 570-606-4858, or by sending a private message to the department’s Facebook page.
