    Gregory I. Cirillo, 76, of Third Avenue, Kingston, died Monday at Mercy
   
Hospital, Wilkes-Barre, following an illnessBorn in New York City, he was
the son of the late Nicholas and Philomena Gatto Cirillo.
   
He graduated from Stuyvesant High School in New York City.
   
He served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps during World War II in Germany and
France.
   
He previously resided in Woodhaven, Queens, New York City for many years.
He resided on Third Avenue, Kingston, since 1981.
   
Before his retirement, he was employed by the Internal Revenue Service,
Manhattan, New York City, for more than 30 years.
   
He was a member of St. Ignatius Church, Kingston.
   
He was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Cirillo; and sister, Anna
Cirillo.
   
Surviving are his sister, Angelina Cirillo, Kingston; one nephew and one
niece.
   
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday from the Hugh B. Hughes & Son,
Inc., Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort, with the Rite of Christian
Burial at 10:30 a.m. in St. Ignatius Church, Kingston.
   
Interment will be in Denison Cemetery, Swoyersville.
   
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.—–
